Ban Dispute

Appeal:

I was recently banned by r2pleasant for banned by R2plesant for (CASH CREAM OWNER) ban evade. I feel that I was banned wrongfully without any evidence. After speaking to R2pleasant on MSN: http://pastebin.com/JB26cemD (Pictures links of conversation are posted at bottom of thread to reduce thread size) he could not supply any evidence. He later said he would cross-reference the original email on my account ([email protected]) to see if I was ban evading, he found no evidence that would help support his ban reason. Later he then assumed I was not the real owner of mnp2005, he thought I hacked it. He made me prove to him that I was indeed the owner by sending an e-mail to him from [email protected]. I sent the email promptly verifying that I was indeed the owner of the e-mail as well as the original owner of mnp2005. After all of that, we later touched back to the subject of ban evading, which was the original ban reason. To my knowledge, there is no IP evidence, e-mail/MSN evidence or thread evidence that links me to the banned account Cash Cream. My argument to his report if at this point I’d still stay banned is; IF I were Cash Cream on Sythe, which I am NOT, why wouldn’t I have sold ranks on mnp2005 originally, rather than selling on a new non-trusted user on Sythe. One may argue that I have to be Cash Cream because I own the clan display name which is false. Here is why; while Cash Cream was selling ranks, I liked the idea so I joined his clan as a non-rank. A few months ago Cash Cream’s RSN was changed to “LOSE GP HERE” (Possibly a hacker). A little more than 1 month later, I took the display name on my account Holy Faquer (RS account) which was then changed to Cash Cream because it became available. If the mod reading this would like the password to Holy Faquer (Original RSN, now cash cream) to verify this, just let me know.

Debriefing:
I believe I have been wrongfully banned because there was no evidence to support the claim made by R2pleasant. I think I should be unbanned because I did not break any rules on Sythe that would get me banned as well as I have ranks who paid a hefty fee to be in my clan who still need me to have access to Sythe so I can easily communicate with them to continually make their money which I promised them.

To keep this appeal process fair, I would like to request that my appeal be evaluated by someone other than R2Plesant. Thanks.
