Disputing my ban

This is over a month ago, i thought there was a rule that you cannot dispute if its been over a month, but i checked the rules and didnt see it. So if this is true go ahead and archive this.

I got banned awhile back for scamming $13, i was stupid back then. But ive moved on and have learned from that lesson, i am terribly sorry. I was wondering if i payed the user back that i scammed, and show proof, if i could get unbanned. I would really like to come back to the community. I know i don't deserve it for what i did, but all im asking is for is one last chance. I totally respect what ever decision you guys make.
