Mile High Dispute

I understand why I was banned, but sythe you need to understand the circumstances that the trade was in, I didn't lie to him about ALL of the information, I only said that to scare him, after he had blocked me on msn. If you honestly read the msn conversation that I posted, in order, you can tell he was scamming. His vouches seemed legit, and so I was trusting him. I feel I am banned for a terrible reason, I have never scammed anyone. He still has the account, and I never received the $40 he was claiming to pay me. So I was the one who got scammed. I would like this ban lifted asap please. Thanks you.
