Banned for pathetic/illegitiment reason

Okay so I got banned for selling a VERIFIED guide in the verified section of the guides forum.

R2 banned me saying this "banned for scamming when he knows very well it doesn't work." R2 no offense but you don't know what you are talking about and I don't even think that you even know what RWT method is. Last time I checked when I sell a verified guide it means that its verified meaning no scamming will/can be done.

Ben agreed with me anyways and last night he even said he would uinban me. So he did and he said that it takes 2 hours to show. It's been 13 hours now and I'm still unbanned so clearly obviously he lied. (I even tried to talk to him on msn again and he completely ignored me like all mods do). This is what Ben said on my thread back to R2:

"It most certainly did work when I verified it.

Don't mod my sections when you don't know the guides he's talking about."

Obviously Ben thought that it was bogus for me to even be banned but he wouldn't unban me.

Indeed. I verified this guide, and it worked, and R2p overstepped his boundaries by coming in to my section, GUESSING a guide, and banning someone over it.

I unbanned you, but Ryan rebanned you on accident I think.

I'll go ahead and unban you considering I'm POSITIVE WHEN I VERIFIED THE GUIDE IT WORKED.

If anyone has an objection, please bring it up here with me.

kk so I sent a ton of cash for rock5tar to buy gp. I get banned but I never recieved gp. I started talking to him over msn. He started giving me edited pics like his paypal was hax or somethign and he couldnt refund me and he also refused to send me any gp.
I got desperate
All mods i talked to over msn including you told me to talk to ryan
Ryan is NEVER EVER on msn
I needed a sythe account to pm him my situation
that why I made it
and i even talked to daily and he said that I can only talk to ryan. They all said try talk to ryan or gl.
Seriously what could you expect me to do..
and I didnt want to lose the cash ($187.50) that I had sent to rock5tar...
call it ban evading if you want but I just needed to talk to ryan..
and anyways when i pmed him it said I was banned so it never went through.

It seems he needed to contact Ryan, and was worried about the $187 he could lose by being banned. It appears the rock5star kid was scamming him?

It does seem like ban evading, though solely for the reason of PMing Ryan?

It seems to me as still ban evading though, since if he was any patient he could just wait until Ryan logs in.

If he only PM'ed a mod, but didn't post with the account, I think it can be forgiven. The real issue is whether the guide was legit, and whether he had the right to mislead users who posted on his thread by saying that it had nothing to do with onyx (when it did).

However, I'll give a tentative vote for 'unban' based on Ben's conviction.
