My Sythe name is Ancestry

I was banned for ban evading, although I will explain what happened.

Okay; I got banned for ban evading although my old account, (I_ir0n_dds_I) was hacked (Along with my runescape account, aim, and hotmail account) I was then banned. I was not aware that even though it was not me who was banned (The hacker scammed two people on ir0n dds and I was later banned), I could not make another Sythe account. I would like the please be unbanned and able to use Sythe. Thanks for reading my dispute.

Whether or not you were aware of it is not the point. Ban Evading constitues a permanent ban. If you wanted to be unbanned on your original account, you should have made a dispute then, and you should have paid back the people who were scammed.

If you had read the rules like you were supposed to you would have known this.

Returning after a ban/Ban evading: If one of your accounts has been banned, and you return on another account, all of your accounts will be banned.

If your account is hacked, and the hacker uses your account to scam materials from another member, you, as the account owner, are responsible for refunding those who were scammed by the hacker in order to be unbanned. Although the refuding generally results in an unban, this is at the staff's discretion.
