Suroth Banned for Ban Evading

Alright, my account got hacked from an email that I was incredibly stupid to click and go into relogging into my account and this was well over a year and a half ago maybe a year, keep in mind I was very stupid and only just started blackmarket type stuff.

My account got auto banned with no chance of appeal, and I didn't login to find this out for about a month later when I logged on and noticed I was Ip banned and then I tried to get un Ip banned and even msn'd Cfrey but got no response and I tried numerous times.

I finally got un Ip banned like 2 months afterwards and just decided it wasn't worth going through getting my original account back because it had like 1 vouch and I didn't like the name.

So I then crated Suroth and worked my way up with over 15 vouches only to get banned for evading so can I please get unbanned or talk to a mod via msn.

I understand I broke the rule for making a new account for being banned beforehand on another previous account, but can't there be an exception? please
