That one was deserved; your opinion of his MSN address had nothing to do with the sale.
2. Accusing of Scamming without Proof

This forum is to dispute infractions that you believe were given by mistake. It is not a place to rant about the rules and why they exist in the first place.
However, I'll answer anyway:
First of all, you may think that you're helping, but scam accusations rarely stop people from trading when there is no evidence. All the trader has to say is that you were bitter over a refused offer, or had some motive or another to accuse him.
Second, you are viewing the situation from the wrong perspective. It may seem fine to accuse someone...until you end up on the wrong side of it. What if a trader confused you with someone else (or with one of your impostors) and started posting in your threads, "'sorry im f2p' is a scammer, don't trade with him," etc?
Even if it didn't stop people from trading, it might still hurt your reputation, your chances of becoming an official, and so on. It is not fair to let people destroy another's reputation unless they have evidence to support their claim.
That said, the infraction is deserved.
