Emperor BE ban dispute

Lol, can't believe i am banned, i am legit as hell.
To start with, the guy who got me banned, tried to scam me a week before, but that doesn't matter now.
Also, in his topic in which he is accusing me of being a scammer, he didnt follow the rules to report a scammer. One of the rules says that he has to post the whole msn conv, which he ofcourse didnt. So therefore, i actually shouldnt even been banned. Because if he would have posted the whole conv, you can see that he just starts flaming me, accusing me, and really just pulling the words that i recovered it out of my mouth.

Also, I ain't no scammer at all, just sold an account for 500$, other guy went first, i'll make him post if it is needed, but he was a RSBot admin (PSE), but saw my topic here.

About that argument from the one who got me banned: First off, i made a topic some weeks back, selling my lvl 91 tank for a cheap price because i was in need of money.
Got allot of interested buyers, eventually some guy scammed my acc from me. But because i am such a good person, i gave a guy access to my account, waiting till i got the payment, because he said it was on its way, and would take 3 business days to arrive on my paypal, because he just made acc on PP, ect.. He even send me screen of everything filled in and such. So i said i'll give him all info about account as soon as i get the money. In the meanwhile he could already play on it. After those 3 business days, there was a weekend in between, so 5 days in total, i still didnt have the payment, ofcourse he changed pass. So i recovered my own account back.

Now, what seemed to be happened was that, that scammer first wasted like 8M or so on the acc due to pking, then sold it to Sorry im f2p, and then he sold it to the guy that accused me of being a scammer.

So while i finally recoved my account, he was the so called "owner" of the account. On MSN he asked me if i recoved that account (the name of it), and i just said yes, because it is mine and i didnt sell it to anyone. He said it was his blabla, I tried to explain him what happened but he wouldnt listen to me and just wanted to get me banned for scamming.

Anyway, i hope this clears stuff up. It is not the end of the world that my acc got banned. It is just sad that even legit people get banned.

I would appreciate getting my account back.
