Ragalshnagal Perm Ban Dispute -- Please Read

lease take the time to read the entire thing, or I will be very upset. I've tried making disputes four times already. I wrote this in 10 minutes, so please, read the entire thread.

Hello. I've tried making a dispute some time ago, under the account Ragulshnagul, for the banned account Ragalshnagal in the past, and Pen told me to pm him my information regarding the account. I did so, but have not heard from him.

I am trying once more to reclaim my account.

A while back, Fagex.net's database was "hacked." I had registered on that site, and used the same email and password I used on here. Before I knew it, I couldn't get onto my account, and someone was breaking rules on it. I eventually recover the account ( note this was 2 years ago ), and my ban reason? One word : Sigex.

Sigex was the one responsible for Fagex's chaos. He went onto my account, broke rules, and scammed users.

At this time, my email I registered with on both sites, had the same password as my accounts. About 3 months ago, I finally recovered the email account, to find that the administrators on Sythe.org were both in my email address and on my windows live messenger contacts.

Information regarding the account :

I received an unfair ( in my opinion ) infraction by a administrator or a moderator ( about 2 years ago ).
My Avatar is a picture of myself I drew in M$ paint
My signature is an advertisement for my old server.
I received a private message from a user for my account training service.
I received a private message and sent some to a user who I was about to buy gold from.
The hacker posted replies to account buying/selling threads.
The hacker made an account with my other email " I auto all the time" ( using l33t speak text )

Other Information regarding myself:

I did not break a major rule here. I was thirteen at the time, being an idiot and using all the same passwords. My IP was never changed, as I am using the computer I have always used since before registering on Ragalshnagal.

I am not immature. I can understand you need proof for my claim.
I am currently an Administrator of a private server affiliated with both Rune-Locus and Moparisthebest.
I am one who follows rules, and types the English language properly.

Please let me gain access to my account. It's been two long years.
