hacked

hello, i was hacked idk if you can check the ips on the account that logged on or something idk how i can proove it, but id like to know whats the next step to getting unbanned..? i dont believe my hacker got to scam anyone but if they did i would like to either re-pay them or finished the service for which they pay for either one will do as i understand that even thou i was hacked im still responsible and im willing to take the responsibility obviousley if the amount scammed was out of my range i can come up with a payment plant with the user thanks and for any future discussions add me at [email protected] im not sure if the other 1 is safe yet (its been recovered) through txt message, idk why it wasnt working earlier.
