Account hacked/scammed

I was just involved in a transaction without a MM, with the guy named, TheLuckyDicer, I paid about 150$ in items on USFINE.com, supposedly for a level 136 account, in which he did not deliver, and literally left this message at the end of the transaction..

I know I should have had an MM, but I trusted his previous vouchers, and learned a very expensive lesson.

At that, he got my sythe password, logged into it and created a fake vouch for himself, and changed my password.

Please help me out in any way you can.
