Account Mishap

Ive tried logging into my account "Runtdogs" I KNOW what the password is but its not working, whenever I try to reset the password I Just get an error tried all day today and yesterday, Different browsers etc... I dont see the problem, to prove im "Runtdogs" Im selling my 132, I can meet in-game and give a sythe admin my username and he can verify all the quests + stats are EXACTLY the same, thus meaning im the owner.
