Banned? RPGamer

Why was i banned? it sells for selling a stolen account, it was found in a hash list, and it was a completely inactive, no one told me this was not allowed on here, this is outrageous EVERY other site besides this site allows people to sell accounts found in hash lists, why don't you? and how am i supposed to know if i get my account back if its banned?
