[VIDEO]Account recovery/ban appeal? (2)

I was made aware that my sythe account has been used in some scamming lately by some friends that are in a clan that I am in. My sythe was hacked LONG ago, While I lived in Minnesota. I didn't really care, because I just used it for membership, and nothing really important, or worth big $$.

If you could ask me questions, or check my IP to appeal/reacover, this would be fantastic. I am aware of the scams, and there really isnt anything I can do about them... :/

Can you check IP, or send am email to registered email or something? I'm not really aware of how this whole recovery process works, or if i am even able to get unbanned?

How long would you estimate you've been hacked?

In response to video, I believe my account was stolen over a year ago. I cannot be certain though. I just tried the password a couple times and just gave up. I really thought nothing of it. Who would hack some noob with under 50 vouches, right? Apparently not.

If you have not had possession of your account for over a year, why are you suddenly interested in recovering your account back now? (after it has been involved in numerous scams)
