VendettaGP's Dispute.

Hello, It's Me, VendettaGP. I just came back from a 3 day vacation and for my surprise I was banned from Sythe. Apparently the reason was "Scamming" I tried to look at the link but when I copy pasted the link it would just return me back to the you have been banned page.

So right now I'm using a proxy to type this dispute, because it's the only thing I can do at the moment.

I just read the scam report that Tidus9 made to get me banned and wow.. I can't believe I got banned for that.

I will try to explain myself out of this situation, and give you a detailed "story" of what happened that day.

I made a Steam account for the first time after watching videos about a mod that you can get called DayZ for the game ARMA II: OC. Anyway, I decided to go into the Steam Sales forum here in sythe, and for my surprise, there was a guy actually selling the exact game I wanted!

So I made contact with Tidus9 thru a Private message, and he gave me his skype and I added him. We were talking in Skype and he told me the price, etc. I really wanted to get the game, but the guy was a Newcomer, and wanted me to go first. So I denied, I told him "Nah dude sorry, I won't go first, Thanks anyway ". After that he stopped talking for good 10 minutes and asked me again, " So do you want it or not?" and I told him again, that I did , but I didn't wanted to go first.

So he then told me, "Alright I'm gonna go first.." So i was like Ok, cool.
I got into my fresh just made Steam account and he gave me a code, since I was new with steam I didn't knew where to type the code or where to redeem it, and you could tell he was getting out of patience with me , he was getting pretty pissed, and he game me some instructions on where to redeem it.

After a long time of looking, the guy disconnected, and I finally found the area to redeem it but it didn't worked.

So I just stopped talking to him and I thought that was the end of it, just a guy trying to scam.

But like I just told at the beginning, I was in the vacation for 3 days, and I didn't saw the dispute he made on me.

Anyway, the guy is also banned now, because when he made the report he also got banned for ban evasion.

Hopefully somebody will answer soon and give me an answer,

Well it's odd because A. he has a picture of you being offline and B. he says he's going to report you within 10 minutes of you last having spoke. I would think that this would have prompted a response from you but you didn't, and from the picture it looks like you just logged off after getting his code
