Ban Appeal - Ban Evasion?

Hello, my name is Toblivion. (It wouldn't let me use Toblivion for the thread username as I'm not logged on atm) I logged on after being away a few minutes to find that I was banned for ban evasion.. For some reason the forum dispute link wasn't working and was just redirecting me to a page that told me that I was banned.

I'm not sure why exactly I was banned, as I don't have another account.. I did however use a popular VPN a few days ago, and maybe some user used the same VPN and got banned? I have been trading here for the last few days with absolutely no intention of scamming or ever being banned.. as you can see by the positive vouches I've acquired recently.

Well hopefully this helps clear things up.. please unban me .

The accounts are linked by one proxy IP. This guy joined like a week after the other guy got banned. Their normal IPs put them fairly close to one another (a couple hours max). When I originally did this, the ban/join dates and IP match was enough, but his story checks out. Requesting an unban.
