Default Reasonable Person Ban Appeal

I received a ban on my account Reasonable Person, and I believe that this was done in error. I traded with the person who banned me, and received 10M gold pieces from him. However after I received the gold up until the moment I went to pay with my paypal to his email address, my internet disconnected suddenly and wouldn't let me access the internet,
no matter how many times I tried to restart my modem. I rang my Internet Service Provider and they said my internet would be down for several hours.

For some reason afterwards I decided that I had to tell my trader about what had happened so I went to my local shop's internet cafe and sent him a Private message explaining what had happened. This may have been part of the reason I was permanently banned since the IP at the shops was used by other people's possibly banned sythe accounts. In the private message I sent I explained the situation to him, much as I am explaining now, please feel free to access the message I sent if needed.

I have collected over 100 vouches in my year and a half on sythe, and not once have I scammed someone nor thought about scamming someone, never charged back a single paypal, and certainly haven't ban evaded. I am definitely not a scammer. The trade was also (by my standards at least) only for a very miniscule amount (about $5.50 was the asking price for 10M coins).
In normal circumstances (this is when my internet wasn't playing up) I would NEVER have just taken someone's money and logged off, I just had really bad luck with my internet at that moment and was banned because of this. I am also very sorry and remorseful for the other person's loss and can understand that this may have been a lot of money for them.

If I were to be unbanned, I would no longer accept money first or allow people to go first to me as a preventative measure, I would instead opt for a Middleman, or simply go first to that person in the rare case my internet plays up again. I would also try my best to contact the person who I took off the 10M coins off of, and either return the payment to them, send the paypal payment to them using the address they gave me, or make a level 3 account and put the 10M on it and give them the username and password of the account. I could also provide proof of this if needed.

So to summarize, I was banned because my internet disconnected as I was paying a sythe trader (using paypal) who went first to me, and wouldn't reconnect afterwards for several hours. As a result I was successfully banned as I wasn't able to give the payment in time. By objective standards, this is a plausible scenario, and I would like the sythe team to at least consider this scenario, and understand that I am telling the truth, am not a scammer, and would like my account to be unbanned.

If someone could please tell me what is the best way to proceed, I honestly believe I have been banned in error. If you need any further information do not hesitate to leave a post, also any further direction as to what happens next would be appreciated.

You sound like a very reasonable person

If your story is true, then you can relax because we will be able to resolve this and get you unbanned within due time. First things first, I am going to have to contact Fogasm and get him to confirm that you sent him a PM from the internet cafe explaining that your internet went down. Then, you will need to refund him either the 10M that he gave you, or send the money that you were supposed to pay him with in the first place.

Once he is refunded and your story is confirmed, I will request an unban for you and you can get back to trading. I will update this when I hear from Fogasm. In the mean time, I would recommend trying to get a hold of him yourself and discussing reimbursement for the 10M he paid you.

Still no response from Fogasm. Is there any way you can contact him and ask him to contact me and confirm he has been refunded?

Finally Fogasm has responded, and he wishes you to refund him the 10M RSGP. If you can provide me with the RSGP to hold until Fogasm is ready to collect it, I will be able to unban you immediately.
