Enrique2pe - High pardon

Well, i was told that i should try a high pardon. Also my apologies on posting a dispute twice. I didnt know they were immediately sent to the archives. Anyway. i was banned for offsite scamming. I really want to emphasize on the fact that this happened 2 years ago which is around the time i joined Sythe. The incident there, is something that is very hard to recall. From what i remember, i was not satisfied with the outcome of the dispute on the other site. Regardless, i did not make an attempt to stay on the site because i could continue on sythe. This is NOT saying that i would "continue" on sythe as in scam. This is saying that i would take my business elsewhere which i did for some time and had several good trades here at Sythe. I had quit for a while because i had quit Runescape. After coming back and doing even more successful trades here on sythe (evidence of this can be found in my vouch thread), i find that something from my past has come to haunt me. If it is needed, i will briefly explain what happened two years ago on that site. Basically i was interested in purchasing an account. We agreed on some sort of 50/50 thing for the account which involved him giving the info but staying on the account and then i pay him so he gets off the account and its mine. Two things happened then. First of all, i was clearly an inexperienced trader at the time and i still cant say im very experienced now, but when i received the accounts info, He gave me bogus recovery questions and answers. Those of which werent real in the end. The only thing he had given me was the name and password. From there communication ceased. For some reason.. i was dumb enough to see if the login details were even real. So i entered it to find out he had several thing on the account. Things that, if i had taken, would have been "scamming". I simply had logged into the account and then logged out. Nothing was taken and no skills were modified. Nothing of the sort. The only problem was that my ip address was registered on the account and that caused me to get banned in the end. Overtime i had no interest in accounts and took my business of both Runescape and something about microsoft codes here on Sythe. I have not scammed on sythe and although i havent been extremely active. I believe it can be understood that i have no intention of scamming on Sythe because i have never had that intention in the first place.
