Silver_J, Banned for Fake Vouching?

I don't understand. I just decided to hop on sythe today to see what was going on and I see that my account now is banned for fake vouching? So I decided to talk to Semper and ask him where the report was and he said that it was private and stuff like that.. which I don't understand either.. But if anyone could show me the evidence on where I fake vouched or anything at all to at least inform me about this, that would be great. I honestly have no idea whatsoever on what is going on.

Both of these users were involved in a large fake-vouching circle so unless you can provide proof that these fake vouchers for some reason had legitimate trades with you, you'll remain banned

What happened was back in 01/23/12
I got hacked and I got my account recovered with this thread here:

As you can see I do mention that the hacker opened a bulk gold shop which Video linked to those two "Fake vouches". I then realized after your reply to my first dispute thread that those two vouches were involved in a fake-vouching circle which I am guessing the hacker was trying to get to get people to go first to him. Those two vouches were added on my vouch page before I got my account recovered and so I did not know that the two fake vouches were on my vouch page which led to my ban.

Another thing to add is that the start of the thread says that "he got his taxes back", the majority of sythe users that actually know me well here know that I am only 14 and am currently attending middle school so how would that be possible?

And finally, to prove that the thread is my hacker's thread and not myself. The date of the account recovery thread is 01/23/12 and the date of the bulk gold shop thread's opening was 01/20/12. You can see that the dates are relatively the same and I tried to get my account back 3 days after in which I successfully recovered my account later on.

It's your responsibility to monitor these things. Those vouches have been sitting on your thread for months now, in the #1 and #2 positions. I'm sure you noticed them at some point, and I see you've edited your vouch thread somewhat recently

I say carry out the 90 day ban and then he can be unbanned.
