Blackmailed and then BANNED?

long story so buckle your seatbelts:

several days ago i had one of my computers hacked with a nasty RAT called Cerberus by these wanna-be faggts called "makla unit". they got ahold of my runescape, youtube and msn accounts. they were able to talk directly to me with that crazy ass RAT thing on my desktop while i tried to figure something out on my laptop computer. I was working on recovering my runescape and yt accounts (before i realized my msn acc was hacked since i dont get on it too often) when they sent me a message asking about my sythe acc and im guessing they didnt hack that because i hadn't logged into that either for a while (been a while since doing business on sythe). they must have saw my history or something on that computer or i dont know what but i said "yea what about it". they asked me to send someone a message on sythe just saying "hi" and my name and that they would then return my yt account. they even offered a small amount of RSGP if i did it but i only wanted to get back my hacked accounts so i said that as long as they really gave it back i'd be happy. i already recovered my rs account by that point because i knew all the info.

anways i thought "ok ill just send this message and get my account back, what's the worst that can happen?". They gave me my yt acc back as promised cuz they cant really do anything with it to profit i guess and then about 20 minutes later i receive a message containing profanity from the guy i was supposed to message saying "hi". i think the exact message i sent him was "hi my name is -name here- and i was asked to send this" or something along those lines. this guy i've never talked to ever before besides the 1 message i sent is saying i scammed him and all these horrible things. i was honestly confused by this point and he says that he's submitting a scam report and that i have to refund his 24m that "i scammed". This is where I'm honestly shocked because
1. I didn't scam him. It was probably that makla unit scum that did.
2. I'd never scam someone for such a low amount as 24m. Been with this site over 2 years, donated, and had 17 vouches. Many of these vouches for GP trading amounts between 50-120m. Why would i throw away everything suddenly for 24m?

And when i told the guy who got scammed these things, he said he believed me. But he said he would not remove the scam report unless i refunded him. Now by this point i'm already seriously pissed off because i still have to remove that RAT from my other computer and then this guy is asking me to refund him more than i currently have on my accounts and now my sythe acc is in jeopardy even though he said he believed me and knows that I DID NOT SCAM HIM. This situation can be described as blackmail. he said i had a week to refund him what he was scammed by that makla unit crowd (one of those guys in makla unit was named abdul, i dont know the other one). 3-4 days later im banned because he wouldnt remove his scam report even though he knows i didnt scam him. sounds real fair doesn't it. i hope that a mod would please unban me and possibly do something about the guy who blackmailed me into getting banned.

So you PMd him on Sythe (probably confirming it was 'you' talking to him on msn), and then someone on your msn scammed him? You'll have to refund him to be unbanned.
