I was banned in accordance to this thread: Lee Sin - scammer

I already spoke to zerkerfist about what happened.

I spoke to you this morning on MSN, but I did not know there was a scam report open against you here on Sythe.org. I was under the impression that you were asking for advice on what to do about being banned on Near Reality, because you told me you got busted for RWT there after trading with a staff member. You did NOT mention that you were being accused of a scam here on Sythe.org, or that another Sythe.org member was even part of this trade. I was led to believe that you were entrapped by the NR staff and banned on NR for RWT'ing, and I subsequently gave you some advice on what to do but told you that there was nothing I could do for you considering your ban was off site.

You clearly lied to me by omission, as you left out A LOT of crucial details about your situation when you spoke to me on MSN earlier today. I was quite shocked to open this thread and see that you are banned, and then read the scam report against you that has an entirely different story than what we discussed. I am disappointed in you.

It would help your case a lot if you could show proof of that.

I told you everything well before the scam report was made. I didn't hide anything/nor leave anything out. Everything is at it is. If you don't beleive me, check your msn logs and compare it to when the report was made, maybe an hour after. Everything is as i've said.

After I temp. banned Lee Sin, a certain user sent me a message regarding a trade for a blue party hat which Lee Sin was trying to conduct. He sent me a picture of the messages they exchanged and claimed that Lee Sin was attempting to pull off a teamview scam. I am currently trying to get actual evidence of this.

That is total bullshit lol. Read my PM's.

That user made a thread buying RSGP, and was trying to scam. I offered to sell him a PHAT, for $,7/m WU, and he agreed. Read my PM's. I was trying to get him banned for scamming, to help others not get scammed. I never mention TEAMVIEWER anywhere. Infact, i didn't even speak to him on msn regarding the trade, aside then the general 'brb' when he brought it up.

Read my PM's, or anyone who can, because i swear down, that is a lie.

@Syhperz. That is total bullshit. I contacted that user to sell him RSGP/Phat, because i knew he was scamming based of his thread. I stated a price of $.7/M WU, his fees, and he agreed. Alright. Please don't note that PM I was refering to unless any proper evidence comes in. I did say that I was waiting for a PM back with evidence. (Haven't been answered in an hour though he's online, so...)

I checked the MSN logs and he is right, he did approach me exactly 1 hour before the scam report was filed against him. But that is irrelevant anyways.

I went back and watched the video of the "scam" myself to try and gain an opinion and a perspective on what happened. Some things still don't make sense to me.

If he was "instantly ISP banned" on NR, why did he log out of RuneScape first (before you logged out of NR or Skype) conveniently right as he was supposed to be handing over the cash?

Also - does anybody else play NR, and can comment on the username/display name system? I noticed that his display name was "0 O 0 O" or something like that, but the log in name he shows above to prove he is ISP banned is "rewq3rt". This could be nothing important (if NR allows you to change your display name in game), but thought it was worth mentioning anyways.

Thinking he deserves an unban. The evidence leads to show that he was being setup/ extorted by staff, which might be a common occurrence on the site. The thing that got me is.. why would someone willingly go first like that to a newer user? It was a 1.1b trade.

I would agree with an unban. He has provided all proof that he's been asked for and I've spoken to him on MSN to clear up some of the misconceptions I had with his story. I believe he is telling the truth.
