Hi , my account was stolen and e-mail changed, so..could i have back my accout?

(you can find it via IP address im writing from)

IP's match up.
I'll have a look around and see if I can find the ban reason. If you were hacked, and the hacker scammed, you'll need to pay back what was scammed before your account will be re-instated.

EDIT: Ban reason: Self-vouching and intentions to scam
EDIT2: All the IP's are from the same place in Latvia

Unless the OP can provide more sufficient proof, consider this denied.
