Error in Ban or Missing Rule.

I was banned by a Moderator for admitting in a thread that I am a member on HF and that I code a crypter, The arugement got out of hand I wasn't advertising or attempting to sell my product I did not give a link to it or it's name all i was talking about was how I made money off my ability to code, I have read and re-read Sythe's rules.

I do not see a rule that states I am not allowed to be on sythe if I code hacks or crypters or anything of the such only that I am not allowed to sell them here or infect other users.

I also do not see a rule that states I am not allowed to be a member on HackForums.

Regardless I don't sell anything here on HF and I am a donor a small donor but a donor, I come here for 2 reasons to Buy Steam Accounts, and GFX I buy my graphics from Kinthasetic.

I was banned for being a coder of a crypter on HF thats all i stated in the thread it went down more or less like...

WTF ever kid you don't make the $5,000 I've made and I was like your right I more like made 50k selling a service on HF he was like whatever skid your shitty I was like yep my shitty crypter was ranked #1 on hf for almost a year now, Obviously it was an arugement and I've read the rules a few times I didn't see anything for

BANNED if on HackForums
BANNED if code on HackForums

Only Banned if Trying to Sell Keyloggers or Crypters on Sythe and Banned if infecting users.

Please lift this ban. I don't believe a mod was wrong but I believe it may have been an error in the wording in the rules or just that the rule was never added but I believe its unfair to ban me simply because I exist on other sites
