Lightbulb HUGE Misunderstanding Ban Dispute. Wrote carefully, please read carefully

TL;DR: I lost Onex to a hacker, the hacker got it banned, I asked for the account back, and I got banned as well.

I was denied for "obvious reasons". I should be innocent until proven guilty.
Common sense: A ban evader would not ask for his banned Sythe account back. Hear me out.

In attempt one, I did not explain very much because I thought you guys would look into this yourselves, However I did all the research for you. Please, please, please: look at the IP'S, the place where it was created. It matches up with me. Now, look at the IP of it after mid 2010, the pass was changed on me and I NEVER logged on.
http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1206988

An account I made in September 2007, now four years ago, was stolen in 2010. The password was hacked somehow. I tried using the "e-mail recovery" but it said it wasn't correct. (I guess when someone changes the e-mail, they can use it to recover, and you're screwed)
The account's name was Onex.

I made an account in 2010 named ɥɐɔıɯ when Onex was stolen from me. Just this month, I used this Sythe account to sell my Runescape account. 5 minutes later, I realized my sythe name was VERY close to my In-game name. I wanted to close the thread, but the Title would stick, and when matched with my Sythe name, it would not be hard to look it up and report. So I said I was an "Imposter" so people would disregard and move on. Little did I know, self-proclaiming yourself an "Imposter" gets you banned. Great. http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1190033

So then I made a new account, called BillyMays to sell my RS account, a catchy name that did not relate to my in-game name.

I was OK with this, however I wanted MY Sythe account that was stolen from me, Onex. I have the e-mail that it was created with, and I still live with my parents, in the same room I created the Sythe account on. I figured that you guys would have looked into that and returned it.

Instead, you tacked the crimes that were not committed by me to my current Sythe account. This makes no sense to me, as I can PROVE that it was NOT ME. I lost the account at around 200 post count, and I did a couple of firecapes for people. http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1206240

I like RuneScape, I like this site, I have high respect for all of the OMM's and moderators and I know they are good people. That is why I want my Sythe account back. If not the account that I created in 2007, then at least return BillyMays.

Thank you.
