Current Time & Date: July 15, 2011, 1:07 AM Central US Time (GMT -6)
Date of Banning/TwC: June 15, 2011
Although my TwC is to be instated for a minimum of 6 months, I'd like to begin by saying FireZ suggested that I dispute this after one month, which can be found
[here] in his response to my follow-up dispute topic.
On the evening of June 15th, I was banned from Sythe.org on the misconception that I was recovering and reselling accounts. After posting extensive proof in this topic [Post #1, #2, #5, #6, #13] I was found "innocent" but was issued a TwC stamp.

If you remember, I left for vacation on June 17th, less than 36 hours from when I got banned. When I arrived back from my 12 day long vacation on June 30th, I posted a topic replying to the responses left while I was away and unable to reply

As I know the staff is extremely busy with what they do, I'll post a rundown of all the issues and questions that came up regarding my initial ban:
1) Topic Titles and posts editted out when I made new topics
2) Multiple topics for the same account
To address point #1, as found in my original dispute, I was unable to find a buyer for the first two topics, and continued training the account to hopefully be able to charge more for it once I decided to put it up for sale again. Recently, I listed an entirely different berserker pure (stats and comparison found in my initial ban) which raised awareness and led to my initial banning.
The first topic found
[here] was made when the account was 75-92-45, roughly early 90's combat level.
The second topic found
[here] was made when I maxed the account at 99-99-45, making it 106 Combat
The third topic found
[here] was made when I achieved 88 Summoning on top of being 99-99-45, something very rare on a berserker pure at that time.
In the first two topics, I was unsuccessful in finding a buyer, and in the third topic I ended up selling the account to someone I knew in real life, only to have the trade reversed days later (fully refunded)
In the end, I was left with the account, and still have access to it today since it never left my hands (besides those couple days)
In mid August 2010, I listed my 60 attack turmoil berserker for sale
[here] clearly it's an entirely different account since you can't go from 99 attack to 60 attack.
In early June 2011, I listed another maxed out rune pure for sale
[here] If you look at my initial dispute, you'll see my evidence as to why it's an entirely different account, not to mention the fact that I am willing to verify it in-game as I can prove that it is a different account.
As I mentioned in my original dispute, I believe my outstanding reputation in the GP Sales/Upgrade Sales/Middlemanning section [220+ Vouches, 29 Billion+ RSGP Sold, 70+ Upgrades applied, 25+ trades MM'd] on top of my extremely detailed original dispute should clear up the entire situation. Everything that was questioned was addressed in the original topic and I'm here if there are any more questions/concerns regarding this issue.
On top of all of that, there were absolutely no scam reports filed against my name, and nowhere in any of my topics did I mention the account was sold (Besides the third topic, and I can have him vouch for me as well since I still have him added on Facebook)
Thank you all for your time and effort, and I am looking forward to the outcome.
Warm Regards,
Snow Patrol
