[Tav|Elwe] banned for..?

Hello,
I have been in this community for 3 years, did more than 200 trades for over $2000 and I got banned for "*********** - Illegal activity" recently.
1. Could I even know why? I think it is a mistake or a very well made slander.
2. It might be that I have forgotten to do a firecape to someone, but I never block people and I think they should contact me firstly before getting me banned. In this case I will refund the money and do a cape for free.

This is all i wanted to say for my defence for now, I hope my case will be re-checked and I will be unbanned soon.
