Requesting an unban for noak

I (Noak) was banned earlier today on a tread I wrote about how a member tried to scam me yesterday. The trade went like this...
1)He contacted me and asked if I wanted to swap.
2)I said yes
3)We questioned each other
4)I decided to go first, I was giving him my 131 with 95 slayer for his 134 with 99 rc
5) I gave him my login info, he logged out of MSN and changed my password.
6) I immediatly recovered the account so I wouldn't lose as much as I could
7)I log in to see he put 10m on the account, but my holidy rares and quest items are gone, this makes me mad
8)I wrote a post on sythe on how mad I was and how I said I had his ip and was going to hack I WAS LYING.

WHY I WROTE THIS:
He scammed me out of my account and I submitted a ban appeal and nothing was done about it. I was very angry on how he could get away with a scam like that without a scratch. I had no intention AT ALL of hacking/giving him a virus or did I have a way to. I wrote it in pure anger at this arrogant kid.

I am requesting you remove my ban for threating to hack another member, I ment no harm and it was written in a pure arrogance and stupidity on my part. I know I should not threaten, no matter the circumstances or reasons or even if I was serious or not. I LOVE sythe, and I want to continue being a part of this community, please help me resolve this, I meant no harm to anyone or was I going to. My email is linked to my account... The name is Noak

I also made a request in high pardon, I have no idea where I should post my appeal, I have proof that he scammed me. Mods or admins, please add me on msn as [email protected]. Again, sorry for the repost, but I just want to buy and sell asap. I feel I screwed up, but no reason for a perm ban. Again, please msn me so I can pleat case.
