State why you were - I was banned for 'Ban' Evasion'
State why 'Ban Evasion' was unwarranted - Well i simply am not trying to evade any bans. It seems my IP is black listed and i hope i will be given the opportunity to prove that those offenses which were committed on my I.P were not me and infact my brother.
State the moderator who applied action(s) on you - FireZ

--I kept my last dispute simple because after reading the FAQ's mods dont like reading essays. PlzNate archived my last dispute saying if i had anything to add so here is the dispute in more detail:-

-Please if you can look at my logging in patterns on my alchamist account, You will see i only came back to sythe just after free trade was released.
-Only reason I am desperate to get back on sythe is i want to become a respectable gold seller. The reason my I.P is blacklisted is because of things my brother did.
-I Cannot take any responsibility for what he did nor do i know any of the stuff he did but I'm asking for an opportunity to prove myself that i am a completely different person.

I hope this is not too long as i tried to be as specific as i can In brief i hope i can be given the chance to clear my I.P and prove i am infact a legit person.
