im here currently to sell Goblin farm wich is the easiest i have ever known u basiclly go somewere with the waypoint and walk 10-20 secs and ure there.
id say the rate of encountering it is about 20-30 %.

ive tested it on all diffeculty's(including inferno yes)

im willing to sell this spot relativly cheap

first 3 costumers will be able to buy it for 50k(diablo gold)

after those 3 the price will raise to 75-100k

the avarage loot of one goblin is about id say 10k(cash) rest items wich is random.

8/10 rare/Magic's will be lvl 60

highest att wep ive got there was a 1100 DPS 1H spear wich sold for 4,3M
