Changing thread titles.

I feel this would be very benefecial to the users of sythe...

Reasons why:

People who put payment tags e.g [Paypal] may no longer accept that payment type and this can lead to confusion.

Easier browsing - goldsellers etc, can change their thread name to details how much is in stock.

We do not grant moderator priveledges to normal members, just PM a moderator who has permissions in the section of your thread and ask them to change it for you.
