Cards Account Hacking/Recovering Sticky.
Suggestion: Add a sticky about Account Hacking/Recovery and how to get the account back with the new email nurff by Jagex. Seems every 3rd thread is asking this -_-

If the account is recovered the email is changed to the previous one, making the recover[er] the owner of the account.

Why would locking a runescape account bother the owner of it? Recovery doesn't take long and they will notice if the account was previously asked to be locked by another person.

Think we misunderstood each other.

If the real owner gets hacked and email changed. He has no other choice but to report it hacked and locked to get it back.

Example: Runescape account recovery

I have seen this kinda of thread 15 - 20 times in the past month.

Yeah I'd support this. It's just as you've said, quite a few people don't know how to recover their accounts now and there have been a multitude of threads regarding how to recover.
