Why only that particular section? It's not even the most active section in the market, so I don't understand why that section alone should be moved. Besides, assuming you want the section to stay only runescape-related, it would be confusing, and would mess up the market format.

For the sake of organization I would prefer it stay where it is. User services are a subsection only of Runescape.

User services typically would follow under (going by the runescape one) Power-leveling & Upgrades/Cd keys.

If you merged a bunch of markets together like that for user services (assuming you wanted to do it for all, otherwise it'd be pointless). Then it wouldn't work. It's easier to keep things kept into their own sections, for simple navigation & organization. That's why I don't support~

Don't support. Would only be plausible if whole market was revamped and there is no need for that. No support.
