So, this can work almost the same as the "Find a Lure Partner" except this time, it's for 1v1 Fights.
I bet you're thinking, just go to a High-Risk Wilderness world and you can find someone, well, there are 2 big problems with that.

Your opponent may be in full Void and a Hand Cannon, then all of a suddon, anything can happen, like claws, SS, you name it.

You're probably thinking, well this is what you do in PK, it's unexpected.
Well how about a Matchmaking System that allows users to post things such as: Combat Level, Prayer Level, Current Wealth, What they will Risk. I mean, If I could find someone who wasn't a 1 item fag for once, that'd be amazing, or someone who wasn't standing with claws and teamed with a Ice Barrage'r. You don't have to fight in Wilderness worlds and get PJed, fight on lower populated worlds, besides, I can't be the ONLY person who not only gets PJed alot, but also lags on high risk wilderness worlds?

That's also called staking. Completely different to PK!

I don't see it being used at all. People usually do this kind of stuff with their runescape buddies rather than recruiting random people. Denied.
