I believe there should be(rather than 3-59 section, etc) there should be a seperate "Level 3" "other" and "pure/skiller" account sub-section, thus seperating the name threads in the "other" section and seperating the PURE SKILLERS(No combat) from the pures and skillers with combat levels in the "pure/skiller" section.
