Right now, the rs market stickies/announcement appear at the bottom of the section. I think they'd get more views if they were at the top. That's all.

I agree. The first place you look (usually) is the top of the page, so it would get more views (like said above). I'm guessing that it wouldn't take long to change the layout?

I think it's just a matter of changing bottom to top, if that's the case then support. If this could be done for the dispute forum as well then that would be great.

That's kind of weird I've noticed that before but never really thought about it lol. If it could be changed easily then I would definitely support this... I think stickies should ALWAYS be at the top, as it's much easier to get people's attention when it's the first thing they see as the page loads.

etc. The main issue is that the market is laid out really stupid so it is hard to get market wide information disseminated quickly and easily.

Well, the stickies appearing at the bottom doesn't look very important at all.

A user would look at the top few thread on every forum.

Why should they be at the bottom if stick's are mostly important, the members won't get noticed like this and might get in trouble.

Should be changed.

I'm sure it is something which can be easily implemented and would get peoples attention quicker, full support.
