I think that this should be changed...As you are not really able talk about ANYTHING off topic there..

Also, maybe add something to it like "Don't SPAM" "Keep posts ontopic", etc...


Maybe try something like this

"Talk about almost anything off topic here. Don't SPAM in this forum"
