Scenario: You trade with somebody, delete PM's, get scammed, have barely enough evidence to ban the user...and the PM's had detailed evidence.

I'm kind of surprised tbh, once you delete your inbox, thats it, its gone.

I think if you are reading this you are know what I'm suggesting.

Download puush or screensnapr. Then just screenshot the PM like you should be screenshotting everything else in the trade. I have a folder of trades with the MSN conversation screened, PMs screened, and the trade windows screened. Using puush or screensnapr helps immensely.

Although I do know of the methods you guys are talking about, I just think its nearly-essential for the site to have it.

Fairly sure there is a way to save your PM's to a folder on your computer. The memory taken up by the PM's is minuscule compared tot he amount of money you may save if you ever end up in a situation that you're in now.

yes BUT if you have a situation like i had you lose all your files then your screwed :d I support, icba copying every PM i have and uploading the photo to some offsite to store. i've had to empty my pm box about 8 times already since may.

Also, in a situation like that, I doubt that they would be permitted as serious evidence, because they could have been altered.
