IMO if it's sold under your name, it's your responsibility. If you post the thread, you're responsible.

What mill3n said. Is this not the rule already? Whenever I sell an account on "behalf of someone", I buy the account from them first so that it is actually my property, and then I sell it. That way this isn't even an issue

advertising for a banned member isn't and from the rules it doesn't fall into partnerships either, and most of the TOS will say something like: I'm not reliable for anything that happens during the trade. similar to the old Tos people use to say like I'm not responsible if my partner scams. Also I've yet to see anybody get banned for selling an account for a banned member on their behalf. Most people I talked to who were scammed from this said they had no reason to report it since the guy they bought off was already banned.

That is about like saying: "Hey, you're probably going to get scammed but don't look at me - I just led you to the seller."

As has been said the ToS doesn't mean anything.
