What do scammers get from scamming?

Hi guys,
You know these days, scammers are like at each and every corner of sythe. They try to scam us and we're like 'Uhm? :facepalm: another scammer, eh?'.

Pretty annoying, right? I know what the scammers want to get.

Scamming IRL money is more of IRL thieving - you're walking to the direction of MAJOR CRIME.

Scamming Ingame money makes you a shitty kid, and gets you nothing.

There can be more than two types of scammers:
1. Scammers who just like doing these type of scams, just to get some money, but a lot of fishy guilt.
2. Scammers who're just kids and likes to get high rank on kiddy tries of scams.
3. Scammers who release their anxiety in a more of scamming way, either due to because someone scammed them and he just want his money back in anyway, or is just pissed off, and wanna scam and enjoy a bit.

There can be more types of scammers on sythe, these are a few I've seen on sythe.

Disadvantages of Scamming:
1. Lots of guilt.
2. Makes people don't believe you.
3. Probably no friendly nature towards you.
4. Any form of GOD/KARMA will try to hurt you, if you even believe in that.

Causes of becoming a scammer:
1. Feeling lack of money around.
2. Being scammed by another person.
3. Desperation.

I believe 4-5 years back on sythe(I'm not browsing sythe since 4-5 years), there might be nothing known as imposter, nothing called 'scam', but as the time goes away, people gets ****ed in their minds hard. I believe there could have been nothing known as OMM/MM earlier, but Scammer Virus (SC- 41) has been spreading rapidly.

I am myself tired of scammers. I can't even trust a 50-100 vouches guys, because I still remember the way I was scammed.

Anyways, that's just what I want to share.
Scamming is no kid game, its a very sad Crime, that won't get you anything in future. You have to live the way with your own earnings. Let's hope for no more scammers, for you, me and all of us. Hope one day people gets enough guilt feeling in themselves to avoid scam people around.

Quite frankly, if an individual is going to scam you, and considering this is over the internet and they have no clue about you, or even who you are other than what may be said..

There is not going to be any guilt at all, and the satisfaction at which scammers attempt to obtain is the ability to gain money in a wrong manner at which they can gain through without getting rid of anything they personally own.

You're wrong.. Just because an individual is scammed, does not mean they turn into a scammer.. Either you're a scammer or you're not. It does not just happen, whether it be 1 day, or 3yrs down the road before an individual scams. It means they have had the thought of doing it the entire time, or even have done it a few times already, just was very smart enough it.

An individual is who they are, and people do change, but many people take that people change out of context.. The understanding of the mind in individuals is a very curious thought, but throughout history the understanding of how people change are based off of thought, control, physical, internally..

The actuality of it all is, that if an individual is a thief.. They will always be a thief, what makes people different form other people is our actions..

I could careless what ANYONE says.. EVERYONE has the thought and feeling of killing, scamming, lying, being abusive, EVERYTHING.. What makes people different is whether we do them or not..

ACTIONS is what makes us who we are in the world and to our community.

You do realize you can prosecute them, right? They can even be thrown in jail if you take it that far.

For example, look at this guy, his taking it to the max, and if you ever get scammed I suggest you do the same.

I got scammed on another site about a year ago and back then there was a method to find their backup email address which lead me to his actual email and facebook. I ended up sending him a facebook message and now that I actually knew where he lived and knew who he was, he made a massive apoligy and gave the stuff back (Probably because I was going to email his parents about it).

The main reason why these kids scam is that they think they are anonymous. They think that shit won't come back to them and it will (If I'm scammed). Scammers need to actually get in trouble for shit, not just a ban from sythe.

Scammers don't feel guilt because they don't actually know you. They are generally fat little 12-14 year olds that think they can get away with anything and scamming gives them power.

They are NOT generally anything.. There is no classification of individuals which conduct such wrong to other people.

So, don't classify them, that statement was out of despite which is wrong..

The general population of scammers are generally US(As in WE).. Not specified in a specific group of young fatties..

People these days... Ugh..

I agree with what you said. Especially the last 2 paras. I honestly don't know if they get some thrill out of it or what. I wish I could go back to the early sythe days a lot of times. It sounds like a much safer and better community.

But seriously they scam because they want money/irl money for stuff they cannot afford or be bothered to work for.
At the end of the day, a scammer doesnt care about you, just himself and how much money he has.

Thank you, but the aspect of why individuals do it is not necessarily that they get a thrill out of it, but they get the satisfaction of knowing their obtaining something for free which gives them the money at which they THINK they need.

I honestly despise humans now days.. Their so inconsiderate and need to learn to use their brains..

Think about it like this.. (THIS IS ONLY AN EXAMPLE) If an individual was able to live life perfectly to the fullest with only 200$ a month, year by year..

Once they start getting 500$ a month year by year they go AWOL and their self discipline and control is completely out the window INSTANTLY with the thought or having something more apart from what they already have..

Which is the aspect of scammers, when their given the opportunity to have something more or have the ability to gain more they use it for the wrong reasons, thus turning into an individuals which people dislike..

Now the aspect at which most people that are like this come up with is " I have alot of friends!!! "

Yeah, you know what.. You just might have alot of friends, but guess what? Their nothing, and are just like you, which in actuality means completely NOTHING.

You see a TRUE friend will tell you.. " This is wrong, stop.. " Not go along with you and tell you " YES DO IT! "

Because a true friend whether it be over the internet or in real life, would have consideration for you, and the outcome at which might happen if what actions you state doing or attempt to do you do.

They get something for nothing.
They also don't take into account other peoples feelings.

That being said, I doubt a scammer here on Sythe would steal from someone IRL as they feel while being on the internet they have a protective shield from their real identity, thus the freedom to get away with such evil deeds.

( stolen paypals, cvv's, etc.)

No.. ALOT of scammers are the ones stealing and scamming for useless RS accounts, or RSPG.

ONLY A FEW are the ones which scam things such as CC, PayPals etc..

someone scammed (tried to at least) a minecraft account... oh when will they learn.

They gain something that is 'soooo' important that they have o to spend time ripping of people for pixels.

They get what they want for free quite frankly. I highly doubt who you are or what damage they are dealing to you, as long as they get what they want it's fine. It's like mugging or robbing someone in real life to a lesser extent.

Most scammers are people scamming rsgp I find, you have to take into account some of these kids have been bought up on runescape. That game doesn't really teach you right from wrong. They gain something for nothing and as this is the internet and they can shield their identity.

Haha I have a little story to tell all you litttle boys and girls out there (: Well, once upon a time i was buying an amazing zerker from a trusted kid that had around 30 vouches. I eventually bought it and it got recovered..... ): Some how he got all my passwords to my accounts I was very sad. Eventually I hacked back all the accounts because he stole my swag bucks account which lead me to his password.... I took all my accounts back and even some of his because this kid was pure evil.... You know what moral of the story is that KARMA'S A BITCH!!!! (:
