Uhm, hello? To show you that it's a level three I HAVE TO LOGIN, which is impossible since it ISN'T A MEMBER. I'm not paying $3 for a PIN, just to use it on this and sell it for $7. Yayz, I got $4 for an account worth $30ish!
Any thread in the RuneScape black market could just be a copied stats picture that the person 'selling' doesn't actually own. You've got to examine their profile, look at their vouches and threads, and decide for yourself whether you trust them. Even then it's a risk. It's the same with any sale involving virtual goods, unless your buying from the company that makes the game in the first place - which is never going to happen as Jagex don't seem to like RWTing
