[B] F2P Account W/ Scythe+Bunny Ears.

Account MUST be ENTIRELY F2P. This means: -

Can not have ANY P2P levels.
Can not have ANY P2P quests.

Would prefer it to be somewhat like a Skiller, with little to-no Combat Stats, and if it has combat stats, no defence.

RSGP on it would be appreciated.

Bunny Ears are not ENTIRELY needed, but are a bonus. Scythe is the needed items, and it MUST have a good name, as well as you providing all past information to the account.
