I know means of getting Jagex to enforce a strict IP recovery on the account, and this has been done. There's no rational reason whatsoever for you to be worried about it being recovered. While this means that the buyer might have difficulty recovering it for a month or two, it means that the previous owner cannot. Like I've done for probably 50 of my previous customers who approached with a recovery issue, I'll recover it in every single case of a lock or forgotten password.

You people are in good hands . I bought a account from kerokerocola it was locked but i very next day he recovered it very legit guy. Ofc i am a new member and this probably does not mean much but gl to the selling and buyer.

Yes it is trimmed. (Even an "untrimmed" dg cape has the trim, but this one has the prayer bonus too.)
