yes, just do recover a stolen password, if appeal gets accepted then the recovs go away
only takes like an hour

don't think this account is worth a 99 stat pure i offer a 76 str dds pure for it it has 1 def and 1 prayer.

A level 129 with 3 99s and 86 slayer (3 months of work for just the slayer), is most definatly worth a 99 stat pure.
