Yes I am, I created this account from scratch. No blackmarks or anything like that either, btw

Im not asking for 200, I was just saying that 50 was kind of low. And again I don't want cash or anything like that just straight up RSGP is all I need for my main account I play on. |

Seems fishy, that you wouldn't take cash, It's easier then rsgp, and you could buy more then 100m? Caution, i'd say.

I can't take cash because I don't have anywhere to put it lol, unless you want to send actual money to my house which is not going to happen. (I don't have a bank account  )
I'm not trying to scam anyone here I lost 700M and I'm trying to make it back. Again, I'll use an OMM or anything else that will make you feel the safest.
