Alright, so right now money is tight and I cannot buy a head set, but i have one that should work with my PS3. That is not the problem. My problem is when I go into Settings/accessory settings/audio Device settings so that i can change my input ad output settings to work on this pair or headphones i have that will allow me to at least communicate with my team. I cannot change anything. Now a few hours ago I was able to do this, then it stopped once when i was tinkering with it trying to get it to work with my turtle beach x4's. (those will not work)...

the headphones i have i will not be able to hear through, but i should be able to talk, and that is good enough for me. they have the Microphone and headset cables and I have a USB adapter to connect them to. Just so you know.

So if anyone knows why i cannot change the Audio Device Settings, please let me know, i have been doing research for hours with no luck.

Are you sure the headset is compatible with the ps3? I just bought px21's yesturday for my ps3 and it works like a charm.
