Maybe for now just give him a TWC because of the several accusations and him then closing his thread and removing his vouch from my thread and being suspicious? Just so that other people don't get charged back on too...

We can't do anything based on accusations without proof. Also, him closing his thread/removing his vouch is not enough for a TwC.
