He tried to sell a Steam Account that does not exist. All Steam IDs are there just once. Either in the form STEAM_0:0:XXXX or STEAM_0:1:XXXX.

He tried to sell me 0:1:2766, but if you convert that ID to the community page link you see that it is "not set up" - meaning it is not set up OR does not exist. If you now convert 0:0:2766 you will see that THIS id DOES exist.

So he tried to sell a NON EXISTING account - BAN please.

EXACTLY same ingame position, same time, ping... these screenshots are TO OBVIOUSLY faked!

So if the wrong ID is not proof enough, these faked proofs of ownership show he is a scammer!
