hey, err yesterday i used my authentication key on my WoW account to upgrade, then i realised you needed around 15gb to put WoW onto your computer and i only had 14gb and didnt want to make my computer extremely slow by deleting more stuff. so i cancelled everything and then thought about it this morning and realised i'd put it back on but delete some of my stuff and if it was slow, i'd jst buy more memory, but as i went to put my authentication key back in, it said that it had been used twice (which it had) but i had put it on my account????
anyone know how i can get this sorted out?

(btw im new, don't go to hard on me)

I dont understand your problem, you probably upgraded your account already you just dont know it, the only thing left to do is update your game.

Deleting the game and your WoW account are 2 separate things. If the key was successful the first time, your account has been upgraded. Just re-download the game once you have more memory and you'll be fine.

thanks, but now i have another problem , when it goes to put a patch on, it gets to 70 percent and says "This update requires "World of Warcraft" version 1.0.0.0."

Go to battle.net and login there. From there you can download the latest game versions.

Do you have the original WoW downloaded?

Make sure you have "Vanilla" World of Warcraft downloaded. Then you can patch these.

i bought the battle chest and just started installing the first disc? so i took that to mean it was the original + BC ? oh and when you install BC does it merge with your original WoW on battle net? because it only says i have BC but before BC was finished installing i went on WoW original and i was trading with my mate? but now i can't get on at all, where abouts are these dls?

Your account type is separate too what you have downloaded.

Install Original THEN BC, then just patch it from there.

Clank pretty much summed it up. Problem solved. If there's any other problems, then you might have a technical issue, in which you should contact Blizzard.
