There's a new bug with the fremmy trails quest ... I don't know exactly how it works but I'll try to explain. In the part where you fight the guy downstairs and you have to take off everything and let him kill you (i think) and you can't be attacked by anything for around 6 hours .... so you could do firecapes with 1 pray I really can't say for sure but when my friend who knows how wakes up i'll post again and find out the real way.
