Ever since I started selling runescape accounts and buying them, I found out many people prefer PayPal as payment,
so I finally found out a way to make a PayPal account to send money without getting it verified.




Step 1:

Go to www.paypal.com



Step 2:

Make a new account



Step 3:

For country, choose AUSTRALIA
Then click on Premier for your account



Step 4:

Information to fill out the form

Here is an example of my PayPal account registration (It works all the time)

Email address: [email protected]

Choose a password: **********

Re-enter password: *********

First name: Sung

Middle name: Bum

Last name: Bea

Date of birth: 10/01/1983

Address Line 1: 64 Spray St, Elwood, Melbourne
(This address works all the time, so don't worry!)

Town/city: Melbourne

State/Territory: Northern Territory

Post code: 3000

Phone number: 01613658853
(The phone number must start with a 0*zero*)



Step 5:

Click "I agree, create my account"



Step 6:

Skip the part with the paying part and click on "Go to My Account"



Step 7:

Click on "Send Money"


Then you can see, your sending limit is around $4000-$4200 in USD



Step 8:

Before you send money, make sure you confirm your email address!



Step 9:

Log in your email, then click the link which directs you to confirm your email address!



Step 10:

You will be linked to PayPal where you have to re-enter your password



Step 11:

Choose a question and answer them for your security of the account


Now you can send money without getting your account verified
(One thing, be cautious from getting your account limited because if your account does get limitied,
then you will need to verify the account with a credit card/bank)

Thanks, a lot of people I traded in Sythe couldn't send PayPal because they didn't have there account verified, but this can help you send money without getting it verified, but my account got limited once, then I fixed the problem, not sure I did, but after 3 days, my account got unlimited again.

Nice guide bro! As someone said, this will really help newbies! Make it eye catching by adding bold, colored letters etc

I'll try to do what I can possibly do, I added bold, but I hate adding colored letters, because it's not my type, but I can add some cool GFX which I already did in my UE Application, and my MM thread

Canada and Singapore work too; both countries who have no limited sending.

Its the same for CDN paypal. I can send money without verifying, up to 3200.00 CAD

Although my paypal is verified, I was looking to make a Middleman paypal, which I would be using to use for all Sythe.org transactions, but I couldn't figure out why I had not been able to claim my payments from my verified account, to my non-verified. I then used your guide, and found that my
email had not been confirmed.
This guide is very useful to those of sythe, seeing as they are mainly under the age of 18, and can't link to a bank.

In summary,

Paypal will give you an account with limits if you create a Premier Account and either Confirm the address or add a debit/gift card to your account.

Interesting, I don't need this because I am verified, but I didn't know how to do this.
